1. About AxelClaims

AxelClaims ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is a private consulting firm operating in Canada. We provide case analysis, evidence coordination, and legal referral services to individuals who have experienced losses related to investment fraud, cryptocurrency disputes, online trading irregularities, and other forms of online financial fraud.

AxelClaims is not a law firm, government agency, financial institution, or law enforcement body. Our services are consulting and advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or representation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a case evaluation form, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are not a citizen or resident of the United States of America
• You have read and understood these Terms of Use in full
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• All information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge

3. Services Provided

AxelClaims provides private consulting services including:

• Free initial case evaluation and feasibility assessment
• Evidence gathering and documentation
• Coordination with legal professionals, regulators, and financial institutions
• Case strategy and referrals for further legal action

We consider cases involving losses from $2,000+. We do not handle e-commerce disputes, product delivery issues, or general consumer complaints.

4. No Guarantee of Recovery

We make no warranties or representations that our services will result in the recovery of any funds. We do not reverse blockchain transactions. Case outcomes depend on the evidence available, the jurisdictions involved, the cooperation of third parties, and other factors outside our control.

Anyone who guarantees recovery of funds is likely operating a secondary fraud. We will never make such a guarantee.

5. Fees and Payment

• The initial case evaluation is provided at no cost and with no obligation to engage further
• Fee terms are discussed openly and agreed in writing before any billable work begins
• We will never request payment in cryptocurrency, wire transfer to unverifiable accounts, or any method you cannot independently confirm
• No fees are collected during the intake or evaluation phase

6. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
• Cooperate fully with our team throughout the case process
• Provide requested documentation promptly when asked
• Keep all case-related communications and documentation confidential
• Not engage in actions that could compromise the integrity of the case

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engage in any unlawful activity or facilitate illegal transactions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, threaten, or harm our team members or other clients

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, design, and code — is the property of AxelClaims and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AxelClaims and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or breach of any representations made to us.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AxelClaims with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
